Redha is a distinguished Emirati with an illustrious career spanning over 40 years of experience in Government and Private sectors. He is a highly respected figure in the field of arbitration, finance, accounting and auditing. He has graduated from the University of United Arab Emirates in 1982 in accounting and business administration.

He is a Certified Auditor registered with the Ministry of Commerce. Also, he is a pioneer founders of the Accountants and Auditors Association in UAE and one of the first individual to registered as tax agent in the state. Redha is an international Arbitrator handling more than 300 civil and real estate dispute cases locally and internationally, some cases exceeding AED 500Mn, is a certified arbitrator for the Dubai Courts and various local arbitration centers, including the prestigious Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC) and the International Commercial Arbitration Center for GCC in Bahrain. He is also affiliated with the Egyptian Chamber of International and Global Arbitration, the Canadian College of Legal Sciences, and the International Institute of Arbitrators in London, England (CIArb). Additionally, he is an associate of the World Association of Arbitration in Brussels, Belgium, and a certified registered arbitrator with the Internation al Commercial Chamber in Paris
