The President of UAE issued the Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on commercial companies

The President of UAE His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan ,may God protect him issuse the Law No. 2 of 2015 on commercial companies, and the dissemination of law in the latest issue of the Federal Gazette,issued the Federal. The law aims to contribute to the development of the business environment and economic capabilities of the state and its companies organized according to global variables, especially those related to the organization of corporate governance rules and the protection of the rights of Almsahin and partners and support the flow of foreign investment, and to promote corporate social responsibility. The provisions of this law and the rules and regulations and decisions issued, implementation thereof on commercial companies incorporated in the country, as the special provisions applicable to foreign companies listed in this law and the decisions and regulations issued in implementation thereof on foreign companies, which take in the state a center for the exercise of any activity in which, or establish their branches or representative office
